When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the phone number, name, and email address you provide, along with the message content and a timestamp. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs including IP address, browser type, referrer URL, and page requested. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for tracking or profiling.
Cookies
This site sets a single first-party cookie named cookie_consent to record whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie banner. No third-party tracking cookies are set. No analytics scripts are loaded without consent.
3. Legal basis for processing
Contact form submissions are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to an enquiry you initiated. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Cookie consent records are processed to comply with legal obligations under the Polish Electronic Services Act (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).
4. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for 12 months from submission and then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Cookie preference records are stored in your browser's local storage and persist until cleared by you.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access personal data held about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion (where no overriding legal basis applies), restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. 6. Data transfers
